We want you to love your new look, so if your Garmin band isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your watch bands in their original sleeve or box to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
